We've arrived. Firstly, people were waiting for us and then we drank some tea with cakes. On pictures: Borisihin Vladimir Antonovich - the very person who is responsible for sports and activities at the Orphanage, also he is the trainer of the football team. They said that they were the champions of the previous football cup, Konovalova Natalia - director of ASAP flower delivery network, Polina Borzova - administrator of ASAP network (she is the very person who deals with your orders), Ksenia Loboda - senior manager of the i-project www.asap.ru, Tatyana Merezhnikova - manager of the Russian project http://dostavka.asap.ru , Vukolova Elena Vladimirovna - the deputy director of the Orphanage and others.

"I want to say, that it wasn't my first time when I went to visit children in the orphanage. But each time it is different,it's like the first time. You can't expect what you'll see or hear...but for me the most painful thing is when I can see children's sad eyes.
But luckily, in Alapaevskiy orphananage all children always smile and laugh, and their eyes are shining like a sun. And it make me happy also.
I was surprised that all children without exception are very talented. They sing, dance and play on some instruments. And it was really wonderful and awesome.
And I hope that our visit, our presents and our attention will bring happiness to children and there smiles become brighter.
We are going to come to visit children in Alapaevsk each month or may be more often. And I guess that we'll be good friends in future."

"The orphanage is in Alapaevsk suburbs: green trees around the playground, grey two-storied building of the orphanage. Children are waiting for our visit. Two older girls welcome us with blinding smiles. Such kind faces these children have! Talking to the people in charge: according to the Ministry standards only one pair of new shoes per year should be given to every child. And don't forget that those children are as active as any other children of their age: they like to play football, like to run. There's a performance. Older girls who are leaving the orphanage this year have grown out of their Kolombina's dresses already. New generation is coming. Cute saxophonist's play strikes our imagination. It's little Nadiushka's birthday today. She's got two sweet baskets as a present. There are no children who wouldn't like to get presents. Now is time to say goodbye. "This is my first experience of visiting an orphanage. To tell you the truth I gathered mixed impressions from this visit. What I saw exceeded my expectations, both the best and the worst ones. The groomy and sort of "public" surroundings hit the eye. Long dark corridors that badly need renovation (to be repaired), the canteen tea in a faceted glass without the slightest resemblance to tea in the proper sence of the word... Semi-rusted metal wash-bowls and water-tubs with only cold water running and with no soap anywhere around... These are just a few strokes to help you imagine the whole picture. The living conditions leave much to be desired. The lack of family care and warmth with which these children are doomed to live are truly eye-catching.
The second impression is the children themselves. I was shocked to learn how many children live there. And this is despite the fact that many of the children have left for summer camps and trips. There are childern of different age starting from 4 and up to 21 y.o. You have to give credit to the personnel of the Orphanage, they do their utmost to improve the life of their forsterlings. We were glad to see that the children looked quite nice and wore new clothes. As it turned out the children have been waiting for us and prepared a great show. We could see they were very talented, they were dansing and singing like little stars. A post-graduate even played a very beautiful melody on the saxophone. Unfortunately, I could not see happiness in those children's eyes, no matter how hard I wished to see it. One has to see these eyes at least once to realize how badly they need us." I'd like to say thanks for being helpful, caring
and attentive to people and kids miles and miles away from you. As you may know we've bought them DVD player, microphones, karaoke, dvd cartoons, kids movies etc. When we talked on phone about how you might help the kids. I've remembered that they used a tape recorder to play the songs at the concerts and they didn't have microphones at all. As soon as they are very creative kids and like concerts and everything connected with this I came to the idea of bringing them everything for karaoke. This won't be possible without your help. Believe me, they were just excited about your gifts! Hope you'll visit us one day. You'll see the faces of the kids and you'll miss them as much I miss them now :-)

Dear customer, thank you again for your interest to our charity program. We are ready to report about the next events held within the announced program.
The artist competition held at the Orphanage was completed and the participants got the prices. The new art contest was announced with the new topic "My favorite toy" All of the kids are just brilliant in their creative works. Most of the drawings are hanging at our main office (as you may see on the pictures) The flowers created by the kids are wonderful decoration and we can admire the talented drawings. By the way some of the kids are attending the art classes and computer design classes that they like a lot.

Though our stay at the Orphanage was too short that time, we promise to come back again and again and give you more information on life and events happening at the Orphanage with cooperate with.

We were short of time to publish the current reports about the orphanage, though we were visiting kids on regular basis. At first we are glad to inform you that we keep on providing gifts to kids with each visit and maintain the charity program that enhances the help and support of their needs.

Secondly, we are happy to inform you that we support the projects of the psychological center "Otkrytie" The center develops and implements psychological tests and programs to support the kids and teach them to be active and interact with other people. Report May, 2007 through September 2007

Again, we are sorry for the lack of regularity with our reports on the charity act run by ASAP florists. Though the reports are rare we visit the Orphanage every month (as we may say on regular basis) to celebrate the birthdays of the kids and other events. We support them and provide possible help as we declared and agreed before. Though we can hardly call this "help" as it's mainly cooperation :-) and friendship. We've finally noticed that we are waited and hope that we truly deserve the feelings and trust. We feel that we are no more strangers but people who entered the circle and could be treated accordingly :-) The best and at the same time worst thing is that we started missing them (the kinds) The first coming and the whole year after that have made us feel deepest respect for the people working at the Orphanage and affection towards the inhabitants.
